About the Company
Interpararia GmbH,
founded in 2008, is headquartered in For an
multicultural and worldwide environment our company is looking for a full time
employee in Personal Assistant
Main Functions / Responsibilities
General Activities
Ø Answering phone calls and direct them to the appropriate party promptly and efficiently
Ø Organizing & coordinating meetings incl. visa arrangements, flight / train tickets, accommodation, etc.
Ø Setting up conference calls
Ø Maintaining the address book of clients
Ø Welcoming & serving visitors
Ø Controlling & accomplishing all administrative tasks such as e.g. DHL, Post, office materials & toners, kitchen items etc.
Ø Covering all IT-related issues
Ø Supporting the line manager with personal tasks (if any)
Project-Related Activities
Ø Supporting the team in preparing fact sheets, presentations, project summaries, researches etc.
Ø Preparing and controlling marketing materials
Ø Translating from Korean to English and vice versa
Ø Assisting the team in project related tasks (if required)
Skills, Knowledge, Qualification and Experience
Ø Completed commercial education
Ø Two years experience in a similar role
Ø Fluent in Korean, English and German (any other languages will be an asset)
Ø Excellent World, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop skills
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ø Multitasking ability
Ø Customer-oriented personality
Ø Flexible & autonomous attitude
Ø Proactive and well organized
Additional Information
Working Days : Mon – Fri Working Hours : 08:30 – 12:00 & 13:00 – 18:00
Start Date : October/November 2014 Permit : Swiss Citizenship / B or C-Permit
Reporting to : CEO & Vice President
